Can I use PCM if my landlord or property manager does not?
Yes. You do not need a property-team invitation to create your own rental record. Add your photos, documents and notes without waiting for your landlord or property manager to join PCM.
What can I keep in PCM?
Keep your tenancy agreement, inspection photos, maintenance notes, rent receipts and other rental documents together in one home record.
Will my landlord receive maintenance reports through PCM?
You can record an issue and add photos for your own records now. Sending reports and receiving replies through PCM will depend on your landlord or property manager also using PCM, once their dedicated experience is available. Until then, contact them through your usual channel.
Can I get PCM on my phone?
PCM is available now for Android on Google Play. The iPhone app is coming soon.
